Pro-Crêpes does not transfer your data to any third parties other than its service provider Squarespace, located in the United States.
Pro-Crêpes uses the Squarespace platform. Squarespace platform to host and operate its website. Squarespace makes every effort to comply with applicable legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
It is PrivacyShield certified. This is a self-certification mechanism for companies based in the United States. 9. Retention period for your personal data
With regard to visitors to the Site, we will retain personal data for three years from the date of our last interaction with you and in accordance with our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or any equivalent law applicable elsewhere in the world, or for longer periods if we are required to do so in accordance with our regulatory obligations or professional liability obligations.
