The T3 has been designed to meet the needs of food trucks, small crêperies, bakeries, and restaurants that want to combine artisanal production with efficiency. Thanks to its compact size and modularity, it can be easily installed in small spaces while offering a comfortable pace for a single operator. Each component, including the cooking table, spreader, and doser, is designed to preserve the artisanal touch, respect the texture, and maintain consistent results, crêpe after crêpe. The T3 combines ease of use, adaptability, and simplicity to support artisans in all their preparations, whether using wheat, buckwheat, or custom recipes.

Each T3 mixer adapts to your needs: spreader, doser, storage tank, or dough tank. Work with peace of mind, preserve traditional methods, and enjoy simple, safe, and modular equipment, whether fixed or mobile.

Allows for even spreading of the dough while retaining the option to switch back to manual spreading at any time.

The dosing unit guarantees precise and consistent dosing, with an integrated tank for continuous feeding. Designed to preserve the artisanal process, it operates at low speed and pressure so as not to alter the dough. With no floor support, it facilitates cleaning thanks to a self-cleaning cycle that saves up to 5 hours per week, with a complete clean in just 30 minutes. Compatible with all types of dough, it is easily adjustable via the touch screen and can be installed directly at the customer's premises. A dry, clean air supply at 5 bar is required.
